Any actual facility is subject to Nighthawk's full due diligence, credit approval, and Investment Committee process, and will only become binding once set out in a signed facility letter or agreement between Nighthawk and the relevant borrower. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as financial, legal, or tax advice, and you should seek independent professional advice before making any financing decision.
